  • Checking and agreeing the construction program with the contractor to ensure that the base program conforms to all necessary requirements to allow for accurate monthly progress reporting

  • Providing information required schedules, based on the agreed program, and managing the information flow to ensure that the professional team meets all information deadlines as required by the program.  

  • Providing an early warning system for potential delays so that these can be mitigated or avoided
