If you request our firm to send you information on our services or ask us to send you our newsletter, for example through our website or directly by emailing us, we will collect your contact details, i.e. name surname, email address, telephone number etc.
If you are our client we will collect your contact details, your details required for billing purposes, and also information that will make it possible for us to render the services you appointed us for.

We use your personal information to provide you with the advice and services you requested.
From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax, or mail.

We will analyse where the breach occurred and we will make sure that the breach cannot happen again.
If you are affected by a breach, you will be informed of the breach and we will make suggestions on how you can ensure that you don’t suffer any damage as a result of the breach.
We endeavor not to have any breaches by applying continuous resources and effort to ensure that personal information is protected and processed lawfully as intended by the Act.
